I worked as manager for this luxury 400+ unit aparment / townhome complex for 4-1/2 years. Duties included: dispatching maintenance crews, showing and leasing all units, maintaning 100% occupancy rate and establishing 10% annual rental increases. When I initially took over this property it had a 50% occupancy rate for 25% of each previous year. Within less than one year I had raised it to 100% occupancy and established a deposit held waiting list for incoming tennants. I also initiated and maintained a 10% annual rental increase for all residing tennants.

Not-for-Profit:

I have contributed for several years to raising money for some of Los Angeles premier not for profit theatres and the childrens programs they support.
